Netizens were shocked as they heard the news that
the former Miss Korea & actress Choi Yoon-yeong was arrested for theft.
According to the police official, Choi visited
her friend’s place where she decided to steal a combination of cash and goods
worth of 2,600,000 Korean Won (around 2,300 US Dollar).
Upon police investigation, Choi admitted most of
the charges pressed on her, but lamented her misconduct, stating she doesn’t
understand why she did that.
Choi was arrested while exchanging the checks she stole into cash at a local bank. She was caught on CCTV at the bank and it led to her arrest.

Allegedly Choi was suffering from hardships of
life after her large-scale Yoga business failed.
